Welcome to Roster! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roster mobile application (the "Application") and related services provided by Sincerely Studios Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Application, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement. If you are under 18, you may not use the Application.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Use of the Application

3.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

1. Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any of its content without prior written consent.
2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
3. Use the Application for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws.

3.2 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content

The Application allows you to log information, such as date details and notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display your User Content solely to operate the Application.
